Before You Book
Rental Requirements
- A signed rental contract and 50% deposit to confirm the booking
- Certificate of liability insurance (min. $1M) from your vendors
- Final guest count submitted 7 days before the event
- All decorations must be approved in advance — no open flames
- Alcohol service must use our licensed bartending staff
- Event must end and venue cleared by 11:00 PM
- Renter is responsible for any damage to the premises
