Pelham Fringe, created in partnership with The Manor Club Theatre, was founded to establish a Second Stage as an energetic, artist-led platform with a strong emphasis on community engagement.
Pelham Fringe develops and presents new and rarely performed works to offer accessible, high- quality theatre for the Pelham community and beyond. Its goal is to expand programming past the Mainstage productions by adding workshops, readings, and diverse events, attracting new audiences and artists. This ensures a steady standard of live theatre in Westchester County and strengthens The Manor Club’s reputation as an innovative arts hub.
The Second Stage will host readings and presentations of original works by emerging playwrights to showcase new talent. Theatre Labs will cover improvisation, directing, producing, stage management, and costume design, encouraging creative and practical skill development.
Educational programs will feature Shakespeare classes to enhance participants understanding of classical theatre for modern performance.
